The condo can be rented at a discount as a two bedroom two bath Gulf facing condo. Additionally, the lock out suite can be rented separately when only two are in the party. During June July and the first half of August all bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
There is a special discounted rate if you do not need access to the third bedroom which is a lockout suite. The main section of the condo has the Gulf front king bed suite and the second bedroom with two double beds plus the sleeper sofa in the living room as well as two full baths and the kitchen and dining room.
The lockout suite has a kitchenette and a king sized bed plus full bath and private patio. The master bedroom (King Bed) and the second bedroom (two double beds) as well as kitchen, dining room and living room are included. Email for more details or questions.
